t WELLINGTON APPOINTMENTS. ' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. Appointments consequent on the ' changing of the Kclburn School into the , Normal School and the running of it in conjunction with the Wellington Training College, which is to be reopened, were approved by the Wellington Education Board. The headmaster will.be Mr. 0. A. Banner and the infant mistress Miss R. MacAlister. All the teachers are from ■ the Wellington Education district, » except Miss MacAlister, who comes from i the Normal School, Auckland. They are ' Messrs. D. Rust, J. F. Johnson, Miss A. Hilliard and Miss E. M. Tolley.
