YUGOSLAV TRIBUTE.
MESSAGE TO GOVERNOR. LORD GALWAY'S REPLY. On behalf of the Yugoslav Club, Auckland, the president, Mr. M. E. Siniich, recently sent the following message to the Governor-General, Lord Gahvay:— "The members of the Yugoslav Club, Auckland, wish to convey to the new King, Her Majesty Queen Mary, and the members of the Royal Family their feelings of deep sympathy with them in their bereavement. They also wish to mark their high estimation of the late King George V. and their realisation of the great work he has accomplished for European peoples." Mr. Simich has received the following reply on behalf of his Excellency from his acting official secretary: — "I am desired by the GovernorGeneral, as His Majesty's representative in New Zealand, to express his deep appreciation of the very kind message of sympathy sent by you on behalf of the members of the Yugoslav Club of Auckland in connection with the death of His Majesty 'King George V. "His Excellency wishes me to add that he is arranging for the text of your message to be communicated to His Majesty the King."
