King Spends Busy Morning at The Palace.

LONDON, January 24. King Edward spent this morning at Buckingham Palace attending to a mass of State papers. Later he visited the Duchy of Cornwall offices and conferred for a' long time with the officials regai ing the Duchy's futuie. Cornwall was created a D by Edward 111. for the support of his eldest son (who was afterwards created Innce of Wales), and the eldest son of the tS'iu since that time been born Duke of Cornwall. The revenue, derived chiefly from rents and prifcts of courts, after meetm upkeep charges is paid on accounto available. £6C,T13 was panl over to the Prince.
MOURNERS ARRIVE. KING AND QUEEN OF NORWAY. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, January 24. The first of the foreign Royal mourners to arrive in London were the King and Queen of Norway. They were greeted at the station by the Duke of Kent, who kissed his aUnt on both cheeks. Queen Maud was dressed in deepest black and walked down the platform with her nephew. ALL PLAY TO CEASE. ROULETTE WHEELS WILL STOP. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, January 24. The roulette wheels at Monte Carlo will cease to turn during King George's funeral. It will be the first time in history of the famous gaming tables that such a tribute has been paid. At 3 p.m. all play will be suspended and gamblers will rise and observe a minute's silence.
