I CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT. * The firm of Rash and Bagnall, which for the past 12 veavs has conducted' the ; '•North Auckland Times," a daily evening paper, published at Dargaville, was } dissolved at the end of December, when r Mr. Chas. L. Bagnall purchased the 1 interests of his partner. A private company, the "Xorth Auckland Times" Com- ( pany, Ltd., with registered offices at 5 Dargaville, was registered on January 1 IS to take over the partnership assets. ; The shareholders of the company are Messrs. Chas. L. and Fred C. ' Bagnall, both of' Dargaville.
