CELEBRATION OF CHRISTMAS. SYDNEY, December 18. A Christmas party arranged by the New Zealand Association, of which Mrs. J. W. Prentice is president, was held to-day aboard the Maunganui, a replica of a" Maori god guarding the top of the gangway. At the table were the New Zealand Trade Commissioner, Mr. Taylor, his wife and daughter, Captain A. T. Toten and Lady Fuller. A musical programme opened with the New Zealand national antliem. The decks were crowded with distinguished guests, including many New Zealanders.
