Port Whangarei to maintain a monthly service between Tonga and Auckland until their new vessel, the M.V. Matua, which has refrigerated space, is available about August, 193G, when it will take over the service. (3) Quantities subject to adjustment if quotas altered. (4) Bananas will be inspected before shipment and a certificate supplied by the Tongan Government Agricultural Department showing that the bananas . ivere green and in good condition when ; shipped. (o) Bananas will be packed in standard Tongan cases, measuring approximately 3ft x 12in x lOin. (0) The Tongan Government will not be responsible for crop failure or any other condition beyond its control.
