WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government Meieorologiat issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Tauranga, Kawhia and Hamilton :— "Strong north-east to north winds, reaching pale force at places, with the weather dull and misty, with further rain, heavy in places. Temperature mild and seas rough." An anti-cvcloue is centred east of the Dominion, while a cyclone is located west of the North Island." •
HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS,
The following report of weather conditions 111 the Hanraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, nor'-nor'-east, strong; sea rough; weather, thick, misty rain; visibility poor; barometer steady.
