ESPERANTO SOCIETY. A laTge number of members and friends spent a day at Rangitoto on Sunday, when the last function of the year was held, the occasion being to celebrate the birth of Professor L. Zamenhof, the author of Esperanto. A novel feature of the day was stories and comments in Esperanto by prominent members, being thereafter translated into English. The president, Mr. C.
