ONEHUNGA SCHOOL.
ANNUAL PRESENTATION. The annual distribution of prizes won by children attending the Onehunga School took place yesterday afternoon in the Presbyterian Hall in the presence of a large gathering of parents and I friends. | Mr. and Mrs. R. Buchanan presented their annual prizes of £5 each to Richard Rowe and Margaret Cavanagh 1 for having made the most progress this i year. | Silver cups, provided by the Herbert Smith Trust, were presented to the following by Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P. for Manukau:—Senior: Tom Kirkwood and Marjory Harris. Intermediate: Bruce Ballard and Barbara Lipscombe. Junior: Hector Lennox and Rona Davies. For doing the "hat-trick" in a cricket match a cricket bat each was presented to Herbert Zinninovich and John Guppy. I Pauline Davies won first prize for I sketching and James Ballerman the second.
