Tenders must be endorsed on the envelope "Tender for Lease," and .must be in the hands of the Secretary by Noon of TUESDAY, December 1(1, 1035. The following are the material conditions of the Lease:—Term of lease, 17 years; Lessee .not to assign or sublet without consent of the Board; Lessee to repair; Lessee not to carry on offensive or dangerous trade; Lessee not to erect further buildings unless plan first approved by the Board; copy of such plan to be supplied for retention by the Board; Lessee to insure, and, in the event of lire, insurance money to lie expended in rebuilding. The building existing on the section to bo purchased from the Board at a price to be arranged.
