LURLINE SEAMAN'S MISHAP
As he was trying to board the steamer Lurline at Queen's wharf on Saturday afternoon through one of the cargo ports, a member of the crew fell into the water between the ship and the wharf. Other members of the crew climbed on to the stringers under the wharf and lifted him out, and he was hoisted on to the ship by means of & tackle.
