INTERNAL LOAN. OTTAWA. November 2. An issue of Canadian Government bonds to the value of cottars is to be offered to Canadian investors on Monday., There will be two maturity dates, namely, 4 and ;t? ! - years, at 2 and 3 per cent respectively. The loans are for general J purposes.
