Pursuant to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the first day of November, 1935, notice is hereby given that all Creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the abovenamed Adam Moore (who died on the twenty-first day of August, 1935, and Trobate of whose Will was granted on the thirteenth day of September, 1935) are hereby required to send in their claims, together with written particulars thereof, to the executors, James Bruce Mclntyro Moore and Addic Eileen Inwards, care of Messieurs Nicholson, Gribbin, Rogerson and Nicholson, Solicitors, Power Board Buildings, Queen Street, in the City of Auckland, on or before the thirtieth day of NOVEMBER, 1935. Notice is hereby further given by the executors aforesaid that after the said thirtieth day of November, 1935, the executors propose to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the executors have then notice, and in such event, pursuant to Section 74 of the Trustee Act, 1908, the executors, having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order, will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the executors had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
