BACK TO THE ROAD.
Frank Hose, the former Australian amateur road cycling champion, who was seriously injured while competing in a track race in Canada three years ago. is likely to return to serious competition next season. He said that following a recent medical examination lie had . been told that ho could resume light training work.
Hose, who was one of the most brilliant amateurs a few seasons ago, rode with Ern Milliken and other champions. His return to the open rond will do much to infuse further interest into amateur cycling.
