ELABORATE STATE FUNERAL. (Received 9.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, October "22. The Soviet is arranging an elaborate 1 State funeral for Anna Yelizarov, aged 71, sister of Lenin. Deceased was involved in the plot against the Czar's life in 1887. She was banished oftener than her brother.
