By advertisement in this issue the Valuation Department is offering for disposal to the public 11 number of properties in respect of which the respective owners have abrved upon the Valuer-General a notice requiring him either to reduce the capital value or to acquire the properties on behalf of the Crown, or cause them> to be sold at the figure named by the owners as their estimate of the capital values.
