LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
JUNIOR MANAGEMENT AFFAIRS. At the meeting of the junior management committee of the Auckland Rugby League last evening, Mr. D. Wilkie presiding, the Glenora Club was congratulated on winning the fourth grade championship and Richmond Club was -declared winner of the Davis Points Shield. A deputation from the primary schools' committee attended in regard to co-opera-tion to develop the scope of competitions next season, owing to the increase in the number of school boy players. The suggestion was to institute three grades and take over the seventh grade. Decision was deferred until next week. Reports were received on representation at the Papakura and Mount Albert Clubs' social evenings. It was decided to stage the fourth grade knock-out between Glenora and Newton ri Mo'iiiiis r,; ' , e ou Saturday.
