Weather cold, changeable and squally, with showers. ( Seas rough to high. A depression which has been crossing New Zealand has intensified consider- ! ably, and is now centred east of the , South Island. Pressure is high over 1 the western Tasman Sea. ] JHAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. \ The following report of weather conditions in the Hauraki Gulf was received i from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day: — i Wind, west-soutli-west, fresh to strong; 1 sea, rough; weather, cloudy with pas- c sing showers; visibility, fair; barometer, J low but steady.
