ACCIDENT TO FISHERMAN.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHAKATANE, this day. As the result of his right Ijand being caught in the chain drive of a dynamo in his father's launch when returning from White Island on Saturday night, a fisherman, Mr. Vivian Wright, aged 23, lost two fingers and suffered extensive lacerations. He was admitted to the Whakatane Hospital.
