NIAGARA STILL HELD UP. SPRINGE ANK FROM NAURU. The Royal Mail steamer Niagara is still delayed at Sydney and some of her passengers cancelled their booking on Saturday. There is a prospect of the matter in dispute being settled to-day and the ship would then sail this evening with her original crew. In this case, she would arrive 011 Thursday night and sail on Friday for Vancouver. Tho Springbank arrived from Nauru .Island early yesterday morning with 8350 tons of phosphates for discharge at Auckland, New Plymouth and Wanganui. She is expected to sail this evening. Sydney Maru completed loading early this afternoon and sailed for Japan, via Sydney and Brisbane, at 3 p.m. (F. Co-op.)
