WAR PENSIONS BILL.
CHANGE OF TERM ASKED. "PERMANENTLY UN EMPLOYABLE" MEN. (By Telegraph.-—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Following last night's debate on the War Pensions Bill, Mr. W. P. Kndeaii (Government, Parnell) states that the Minister of Pensions, Mr. Cobbc, has promised to give favourable consideration to his suggestion that the tcrnii "permanently unemployable" shall bo changed to "wholly or partially unemployable, by reason of physical or mental disability."
The debate on the second reading of the bill is reported on page 11.
