EMPEROR COMPLAINS.
GENEVA LEARNS OF INVASION. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 12.30 p.m.) GENEVA, October 3. The Committee of Thirteen sat for 150 minutes but did not consider to-days happenings as they are outside its scope. They merely appointed a sub-committee of jurists representing Portugal, Rumania, France, Britain and Spain to draft a report on the circumstances and the nature of the dispute. The Emperor has complained to the League that Adowa was again bombed in the forenoon by two aeroplanes. He urges the Powers now to lift the arms embargo. A telegram from Gwieva says that the League Council will meet yn Saturday.
