HOSPITAL CONCERT.
The weekly concert at the Public Hospital arranged by Mrs. Raeburn and Mr. A. Hamblin was held in Ward 1 on Wednesday evening. A very delightful programme was given under the direction of Mrs. N. V. Le Petit (Aunt Jean, IYA), consisting of songs, trios, duets, pianoforte duets and humorous items. A number of patients were also present from other Wards and the evening's entertainment was much appreciated by all. Those taking part were: Mrs. N. V. Le Petit, Miss Beryl Smith, Miss Pat_ MeLeod (trios), Mr. Alan McElwain" (humour), Mr. Geoff. Laird (songs), Miss Pa? MeLeod and Mr. Alan Pow (pianoforte duets), Mrs. N. V. Le Petit (songs), Miss Beryl Smith (songs), Miss Pat MeLeod and Mrs. N. V. Le Petit (duets). The accompanist was Mr. Alan Pow.
