SALESMAN REMANDED.
ALLEGED FALSE PRETENCE. Charged that with intent to defraud he obtained £75 from Roy Claire Peach by falsely representing that he had authority to sell a certain motor car, John Edward Fitzgerald, motor salesman, aged 52, appeared on summons before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court this morning. On the application of Senior-Detective Hall accused was remanded till October 7.
