ADDITION TO MUSEUM FISH COLLECT lON. —A rare deep-sea fish, discovered on the Coromandel coast by Mrs. A. f McLean, of Whangapoua, has been presented to the Auckland War Memorial Museum. The fish, known as a crested band or unicorn fish, is about three feel long and five inches tvide. It resembles a ribbon or frost fish and is a bright silver in colour.
