"Because T believe that in the establishment of health camps we are getting back to first principles and concentrating on prevention rather than cure, I whole-heartedly commend the sale of health stamps'to all who appreciate the necessity of building up citizenship on the soundest of foundations—health," said Dr. T. Gray, Director-General of Mental Hospitals, in a statement concerning the value of health camps.
