BEET SUGAR PRODUCTION.
ADVISORY TRIBUNAL. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 30. The Chancellor of tiie Exchequer, Mr. Neville Chamberlain, and the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Walter Elliot, have appointed Sir Francis Humphreys, Sir Thomas Barlow Cotton and Mr. William Mortimer, a tribunal to advise on any scheme for amalgamating the companies which are producing sugar from homegrown beet which the Beet Sugar Factories Committee may submit under the proposals announced in Parliament last July.
