CHATEAU AFFAIR.
MR. COBBE'S CONDITION. "BY NO MEANS RECOVERED." A statement that Mr. R. Cobbe, manof the Chateau Tongariro at National Park, was still in bed and byno means recovered was made on Sunday night by Mrs. Cobbe, according to the "Manawatu Evening Standard." She 6aid she wished to make public his condition in view of the Ministerial statement that the affair had been "greatly exaggerated." She considered that her husband would be obliged to keep to his bed for several weeks.
