DRAPER'S ARREST.
REMAND ON THJSFT CHARGE. Arrested last night by Detective T. Sneddon, a draper, Stanley Gracie. aged 24, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court this morning, charged on August 11 with stealing four frocks, three dressing gowns and two woollen carditans, of a total value ox £7 7/, the property of a large city establishment. On the application of Senior .Detective Hall, accused was remanded by wneent, to appear on .October 14. ine total sum involved will probably amount to about £100," said Mr Hall. Bail, in erne surety of £100, was allowed accused.
