HAIRDRESSERS' AWARD.
WELLINGTON WOMEN'S RATES (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Wellington Ladies Hairdressers Assistants' award, which was liled this week, provides for 48 hours exclusive of meal hours, all time in excess of that period to be paid for at time and a half rates.- The weekly wages are: £3 for journeywomen; £2 5/ for second year improvers; £1 17/0 for first year improvers; £1 7/0 for third year apprentices; £1 for second year apprentices; 15/ for first year apprentices.
