INJURED IN COLLISION.

ACCIDENT AT PANMURE,

A collision between a motor cycle and a motor car between the Panmure township and the Tamaki River bridge about 8 o'clock last, night resulted in injuries to Mr. Frank Carlton Hcald, aged 2d, and his father, Mr. George Heald aged 00, commercial traveller, both ot 10, Wvnvard Road, Mount Edan, who were ridin« on the motor cycle. They were admitted to the Auckland Hospital. The young man received a compound fracture of the right leg and his condition to-day is still fairly serious, though improving. The condition of his fathei, who had an arm broken and suffered from shock, is not serious. The motor cycle was travell":itowards HowJck when it collided with a car driven by Mr. P. Maxwell, of Ascot Avenue, Remuera. A St. John ambulance took the- injured men to hospital.
