MOTOR CAR CONVERTED.
YOUNG MAN SENT TO GAOL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) BLENHEIM, Thursday. A man named Ronald Edward Morrison, aged 23, was arrested early this morning on a charge of converting a motor car belonging to Ivory Bros., at Nelson yesterday afternoon. It was stated that at tlio time the policeman appeared on tlio scene accused was syphoning petrol from the ta?ik of another car in a garage. Accused was sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
