WELLINGTON, this day.
Mr. T. 0. Bishop, secretary of the New Zealand Employers' Federation, who attended a meeting of the governing body of the International Labour Office at Geneva and was the New- Zealand employers' delegate at the International Labour Conference at Geneva, arrived back to-day by the liner Makura.
He was not able to give anything for publication about the proceedings., having official obligations to honour first.
