STOLEN MOTOR CAR.
"OWNED" FOR TWO YEARS. THEFT OF NUMBER PLATES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Two years ago Keith Rodney Minson, aged 23, a storeman, stole a parked car and then stole a set of number plates and fixed them to the ear, which he altered in appearance. Last year and again this year he stole new number plates. A few days ago a constable noticed the last set of stolen plates attached to the car, followed the vehicle and arrested Minson, who pleaded guilty today to the theft of a car valued at £95 10/, to stealing three sets of number plates, to driving without a license, to driving a car without the assigned mini- • ber plates, and to using an unregistered car. Minson was committed for sentence on the major charge, and remanded sine die on the others.
