OFFICERS ELECTED.
UNIVERSITY LABOUR CLUB. The formal inauguration of the Auckland University College Labour Club took place last evening at a meeting at the college. The draft constitution, prepared by a committee set up at the preliminary meeting some time ago, was adopted. Officers were elected as under: —President, Professor \V. A. Sewell; vice-presi-dents, Professor H. Belshaw, Messrs. W. T. G. Airey, R. A. Robinson, N. M. Richmond, L. W. Holt and Grant; chairman, Mr. R. P. Anschutz; secretary, Mr. A. Irvine; treasurer, Mrs. Banks: committee, Miss I. Cornes, Messrs. R. W. Lowry, S. Leatham and D. H. Monro.
