EMPLOYERS' OFFER.
BOILERMAKERS' WAGES. The dispute filed by the Auckland Boilermakers' Union, seeking a new agreement with the employers, the Auckland Ironworkers' Association, is being heard to-day before Mr. P. Hally, conciliation commissioner. This morning an agreement was reached concerning the hours of work and several machinery clauses, and the employers made an offer of 2/ per hour with' an extra penny per hour for ships" work actually done on vessels. The union's representatives undertook, if all the machinery clauses were agreed to, to refer the offer of the employers to the union for consideration.
