(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)
NELSON, Monday.
An aeroplane strut has been found on the boulder bank in Nelson Harbour. It is 4ft 6in long and painted red with an undercolouring of blue. It bears the letters DH, and an aluminium air speed indicator is attached to the strut. The corroded state of the metal fittings indicates that it has been in salt water or exposed to the air for eome months.
