BARROW "PUSH" PROGRESS
AUSTRALIAN'S FINAL "SPURT." (Received 12 noon.) SYDNEY, this day. William Darwin, of Brighton, near Melbourne, who is pushing his fellowbandsman, William Amiguet from Brighton to Sydney in 10 weeks for a wager of £100, arrived yesterday at Goulburn, where the two men were given a wonderful reception. Mr. Darwin ie determined to cover the remaining 136 miles from Goulburn to Sydney in, six days, against medical advice, due to a poisoned leg.
