WHAITGAKEI, Monday.
"On the same day that he laid this information the constable caught the borough traffic inspector in the same place. ' Mr. Ashton was warned, but we have not seen him here as a defendant," said Mr. K. K. Trimmer, who appeared for B. A- Wolf, charged at the Whangarei Police Court „ this morning with parking his car over'a ire plug. Counsel asked that the case be treated without penalty.', L ~
Mr. Morris, S.M.: It is "hard to punish other people if the borough inspector himself parks his car over the plug.
Senior Sergeant Finch: I know nothing of that, your Worship... Defendant was discharged. .
