PIN IN THROAT.
An accident both alarming and painful befell a, girl employed in a city factory yesterday alternoon. She swallowed a pin. Miss C. McLeod. of 7. Wellington Street, City, was holding several pins in her month when she swallowed one and it lodged in her throat. She was taken to the hospital by the St. John ambulance, and the pin was removed. . She was then able to go home.
