CARNIVAL DANCE.
The Point Chevalier League Football Club held a dance at Dixieland last evening. The function took the form of an old-time dance under the auspices of the Holtonian dance management. The committee included Mesdames A. M. Cassie, E. Davis, M. Brooking, I. Monaghnn. N. Stark, E. Hassett, A. McLaren, X. McLaren, C. Brown, with the assistance of the teams. Nine hundred patrons danced to tho music of Holt's popular orchestra.
