CANADIAN HIGHLANDER IN. MARTPOSA IN THE MORNING. The British Phosphate Commission's I new 8000-ton motor ship Triaster arrived shortly after G a.m. with phosphate from Nauru. The Canadian Highlander, direct from Montreal, arrived at 1 p.m., berthing later at the Queen's wharf. She has news print and general cargo. The Mateon liner Mariposa will arrive from San Francisco early tomorrow, berthing at the Prince's wharf at 7 a.m. She lias 151 passengers for Auckland and 334 through for Sydney and Melbourne, about 170 joining the ship here. In future these vessels will not stop oir Niuafoou to drop the tin-can mail, the Mariposa being the first to pass the island on her Southern run.
