WOMAN IN RIVER.
RESIDENT OF CAMBRIDGE.
BODY NOT YET RECOVERED.

CAMBRIDGE, this day.
Following the incident yesterday morning when a woman was seen to fall from the Duke Street wharf into the Waikato River, the police received a report late last evening that Miss Hilda Greenhill, single, aged 49, was missing. Miss Greenhill lived with an elderly brother, Mr. William Greenhill, who is also single, in Williams Street. Mr. Greenhill left for his work at 7.30 yesterday morning, and did not return until 5.30 p.m. Miss Greenhill had been in poor health for some time, and spent a bad night on Tuesday. The body has not been recovered.
