OTTAWA PACTS' SUCCESS.

Figures showing how the Ottawa agreements have improved the trade between England and other parts of the Empire were quoted recently by Lieut.Colonel .T. Colville, M.P., Secretary of the British Department of Overseas Trade. The value of exports, including reexports, from this country to the other countries signing the Ottawa agreements had, he said, increased by £28,300,000 between 1032 and 1034.
