OLD OFFENCE.
ENGINEER TOR SENTENCE. An engineer, Douglas Stancombe, aged 22, appeared in the Police Court this morning, charged with the theft of a bicycle valued at £4, the property of Phillip Henry Chandler, on October 21, 1932. The offence was committed at Birkenhead. Stancombe, for whom Mr. Aekine appeared, pleaded guilty, and wae committed to the Supreme Court for sentence,
