FARMER INJURED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, Friday. After being thrown heavily from his horse, which had stumbled while iie was riding to the Opotiki sale. Mr. W. Pratt, an elderly farmer, of Matahanea, 11 miles from Opotiki, was found unconscious on the road and was taken to the Opotiki Hospital. He was suffering from severe injuries to the right shoulder, which was broken, bruises and severe shock..
