HUGE GERMAN DEFICIT. (Receded 12.30 p.m.) BERLIN, June 20. The financial vear ended on March 31 with a deficit "of £28,000,000. The accumulated deficit since 1930 is £197,000,000. EXPORT SUBSIDY. CONTRIBUTIONS BY JFIRMS. BERLIN, June 20. All firms in Germany whose turnover exceeds £1600 a year will be expected in future to contribute a percentage toward a huge fund for subsidising exports.
