JOCKEY SUSPENDED.
RIDING OF HUNTING JAY. After the Moteo Hurdles at the Napier Park races yesteraay the •judicial committee was called together to consider the running of Hunting Jay, vrhfe finished third. After a lengthy inquiry the rider, W. J. McDowell, was suspended for three months for not riding the horse on ite merits.
