ACTING AS MANAGER.
» —, UNDISCHARGED BANKRUPT. PROSECUTION IN SOUTH. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. The first prosecution in the Dominion under section 149 of the Companies Act was heard to-day by Mr. Miller, S.M., when H. W. N. Shaw was charged with acting as manager of the Napier-Gisborne-Pahnerston Rubber Co., while an undischarged bankrupt. v Fines totalling £15 were inflicted.
