PONSONBY CROQUET.
The Ponsonby Croquet Club held the first of a series of bridge and 500 afternoons in the Poiisonby Bowling Club's pavilion. The hostesses were Mesclariics \itehison. Snedden. Foster and Healey. The president, Mrs. Aitcliison, . welcomed the members and their friends, and presented prizes for the following: Bridge, Mrs. Snedden; hidden number, Mrs; Cp'peland; 500, Mrs. Kennett.
